Knowing your values can ground your decision making and make career choices and your life easier.  

Your values can help you answer tough career questions, especially around new opportunities. 

Values are the lens through which you will look for an answer; the compass that guides you.  

• Identify your top values 
• Ask yourself: does your current career path reflect those values? 
• If not, what change do you need to make?

If you feel like you need to make a change, you now have a compass for your action plan.
